My husband and I are residents (EM and IM) who live in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome in a beautiful and safe community. We will be renting out two of the guest bedrooms. You will have a private bathroom that is shared with another guest (if someone is staying there at that time, otherwise it's your own private bathroom).
We have 2 dogs and a cat - the dogs are black labs and are super friendly. The kitty will interact with you as much as you'd like. You will have access to the entire house except for the master bathroom and bedroom.
